Our Eichleay teammates will participate at in-person and virtual events at several college career fair events this Fall. Roles can be located in offices, hybrid or virtual (e.g. remote from home). Work schedules include every other Friday off. We are seeking Entry Level Engineers passionate about learning, growing and applying engineering skills across diverse industries in a multidisciplinary environment. You will work alongside senior leadership, receive training through on-the-job assignments using technical skills acquired in college.

Upon joining Eichleay you are enrolled in our Emerging Professionals Program. You will have opportunities to participate in a variety of company programs and social functions. You will participate in diverse projects while working closely with peers and senior leaders.

Basic Requirements:

• You are legally authorized to work in the United States for Eichleay without the need for sponsorship

• You are pursuing/obtained a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program

• Minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

• Previous internships, co-ops or working experience in an engineering/design field

• Ability to work from a location in one of the following states: CA, CO, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA

All opportunities with Eichleay will require authorization to work in the US without the need for sponsorship. Positions will require in-person interactions and may require working onsite in an office or field environment. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status or weekly testing may be required based on position or assignment. Ability to be badged for process safety management governed facilities, which require in depth drug screening applies to all positions.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous internships, co-ops or work experience for related industries which Eichleay provides services or in emerging markets we are expanding our services.

• Ability to work in our offices or within 50 miles of a current office location.
