UniCredit offers the opportunity to participate as an intern in the Group Corporate Security Function, Intelligence & Personnel Protection Unit.
The Intelligence and Personnel Protection unit monitors all worldwide events, (open source, social media, news, etc.) in real-time, assessing the potential impact upon personnel or assets, and provides accurate and timely notification of these threats to all the appropriate stakeholders. Additionally, it serves as the main point of contact for the intake and escalation of all issues as reported by colleagues, contractors, and outside agencies.
As Intelligence and Travel Security Intern, you will support the team providing critical monitoring, analytical thinking, and assistance in collecting data and evidence for executive reports. You will be part of an international, dynamic, engaged, and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to acquire a solid work methodology exploring the core activities of Group Corporate Security undertaking a cross-subject involvement.
The candidates will:
- Assist the team in the research process by observing, tracking, and collecting current events, including geopolitical investigation using open-source information
- Contribute to the selection and sorting of observed data (gathering, organizing, and preparing evidence) through the development/improvement of critical thinking.
- Support the reporting process through the development of graphic or writing communication
- Provide general support and participate to all the activities that translates in tangible deliverables.
Requisiti
The ideal candidates will hold the following skills:
- University student attending a bachelor’s or a master’s degree - at least enrolled in the 2nd year of Bachelor with solid academic track record
- Written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to navigate the open sources with proactivity
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Fluency (written and verbal) in English is required.
