We are currently hiring a customer service team member for our insurance agency.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong desire to be of service and help people
• The ability to connect and build rapport with people in person, on the phone, or over video calls
• Experience in customer service, banking, finance, or administrative support roles
• The ability to follow a structured review process to ensure customers have the right products and services for their specific needs
• A willingness to get licensed by the state
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities + Opportunities:

• Dealing with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Setting and confirming appointments with customers
• Handling payments
• Identifying opportunities to serve our customers and be mindful to make sure they have the right products and services for their circumstances
