Compensation Range : $42K minimum, based on experience, plus commission

HiTouch is full-service company with a network of local distribution centers in the United States. HiTouch provides a wide range of office productivity services in personalized and environmentally responsible ways. After joining the Staples family in 2018, HiTouch has helped us grow alternative distribution channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Revenue responsibility of $500K in first year with ramp of budget moving forward.
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base. A sales activity cadence will be followed, and each step will be logged in SF.
  • Sell to customers to secure contractual commitments and work with clients to strategically grow account by selling Print Solution products. Daily and active prospecting is required as well as scheduled email and call follow up on all prospects.
  • Create and maintain Net New Logo and Existing Target account map to build growth plans and identify new opportunities. All activities against each target will be entered into SF and tracked.
  • Utilize Salesforce on a daily basis to keep build opportunities, create contacts, log all activities and track and manage Print opportunities to close/win or close/lose stage.
  • Stage, financials, contacts, activities and notes all need to be kept up to date. customer data updated, manage a healthy pipeline and advance opportunities as they progress.
  • Hunt, close, and launch new print business year over year to grow base of business and offset any potential account churn.
  • Use Professional Selling Skills to navigate through the Selling Process – identify customer needs through discovery.

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced organization that changes to continuously improve the customer experience

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • 3+ years successful sales experience with mid-market sized accounts

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the Printing Industry
  • Previous experience in virtual selling
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
