Job description
Come help us build our brand! We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to work in our in-house Marketing Department under the direction of the Senior Designer/Creative Director. The Marketing team is responsible for concept, design and production of all creative, advertising, marketing concepts, and communications - creating print ads, collateral pieces, and brand development.
The Marketing team works with the owner and sales team to direct, develop, and implement strategies to grow Winter Equipment's brand, sales, and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Graphic Design
- 2-4 years experience in agency or in-house creative department
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Your ability: Mid-level to Expert - Photoshop retouching a must.
- Brand Development
- Management of Creative Projects & Timelines
- Assume ownership of projects, driving creative process from concept through project completion
- Knowledgeable in Offset Printing and Finishing Processes
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Contribute in a team environment, and lead when called upon
- Desire to deliver results beyond the 'ask'
- Resourceful in addressing challenges
- Witty repertoire
