Vodafone Internship Program is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months as an active member in in one of the different areas. After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving yours goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation. The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to take part in the selection process for our Discover Program.

Job Objectives:

• Synthesize large quantities of information into takeaways and recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Challenge evidence from different data sources and conclusions to test robustness of data and business consequences
• Being responsible to deliver key business insight to implement strategic and business improvement initiatives
• Ask the questions nobody asks to challenge the status quo and to contribute to CEX design and improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Together with planning team:

o Grant KPI/Data maintenance/assurance

o Manage the transition to new common data platform

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, high attention to detail and desire to make improvements;
• Passionate about AI and/or Digital topics
• Support proactively when contribution is not aligned to expectations to bring home final target
• Previous internship experience is not required but it is considered a plus

Education and experience:

• Degree in Economics/Engineering
• Fluency in written and spoken both English and Italian;
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Data Visualization tools (such as Power BI) is considered a plus
