MAIN RESPONSABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

• Our IT Manager will define, according to general management guidelines, a dedicated masterplan with all the IT initiatives based on priority, assigned budget and timing.
• Work in close partnership with the different regional departments and support them with new specific tools or update the existing ones.
• Manage the startup and renewal projects for existing platforms (ERP – BI – Technical Infrastructure) and new tools (new ERP – CRM – MES).
• IT security and reliability are other important responsibilities as defined by Group standard policies
• Our IT Manager is a team manager and provide regular guidance to the employees.
• He/She will work in close collaboration with regional and multiregional teams on new projects, following Group guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 Years of experience as an IT manager or in a similar position.
• Deep knowledge of IT tools such as programming, Cloud management, Business Intelligence, Cyber Security tools, Software Engineering, Web Design.
• AS400, RGP high-level programming language, Microsoft AX knowledge are plus but not mandatory
• Fluent spoken and written Italian and English
• Ability to work independently.
• Available to travel regularly to Renate and other sites.
• Experience in managing an assigned budget
• Project Management Experience and attitude
