NXP’s Advanced Analog business unit is looking for highly-motivated engineers with deep understanding of wireless technology and passion for creating cutting-edge wireless technology. The focus is to deliver designs that produce high-performance, cost-effective and power-efficient wireless SoC products.

Purpose of the job

For our fast-growing product line Smart Analog Front End & Interface, we are currently looking for a candidate for a digital verification position to participate to the digital functional verification of our mixed-signal circuit designs.

Job Summary:

• Studying the specification of the device under test
• Defining the IP test specification in closed collaboration with design leaders, verification architect and product definers
• Developing the UVM simulation environment (drivers, monitors, checkers and assertions) and bridge it with mixed signal verification
• Developing and running digital and top-level simulations according to the verification plan
• Ensuring 100% coverage prior tapeout
• Preparing and holding design verification reviews
• Creating and maintaining regression test suites
• Reporting bugs, proposing solutions and following their resolution

You will work closely with digital designers and verification engineers as well as test and validation engineers to support both pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation. This is an opportunity for a verification engineer to grow quickly into leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Computer or Electronics engineering major with master degree or equivalent.
• PhD is a plus
• English (read, spoken, written) is a must.
