About the Role
We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who will develop and execute training plans, programs, and specific projects at the global level to support the Company strategy Define and deliver content and tools focused on required competencies building and development, in line with Company Culture and HR strategy. You will be a key partner within our HR team as point of contact for management and our employees. You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining a Training & Development infrastructure for Technogym University. You will develop and implement programs related to on boarding, performance, talent management, technical & nontechnical training, and/or e-learning.
Responsibilities
Project, design, and implement the global training programs in line with competencies gap and learning needs
Manage the induction process for HQ positions
Define and manage training catalog and calendar, ensuring all aspects of training organization in line with Company policies
Monitor and improve KPI's: effectiveness, timing, budget
Ensure development and continuous improvement of an e-learning platform (SuccessFactors LMS)
Preparation and analysis required for Talent Reviews, as well as Performance Management processes, activities, and training.
Supporting processes in Talent management: performance management, assessments, development programs, succession planning
Requirements
Master’s Degree preferably in Philosophy or Human related studies
3-5 yrs of experience
Experience in D2C business, digital, or entertainment is a plus
Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs
Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring techniques
Languages: Italian and English (C2) mandatory. Any other language is a plus
Must be an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and having worked with the most known LMS platforms (preferably Success Factors)
Effective planning and management skills
Effective training and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic, proactive, and with a sense of urgency
Good time management skills
Good logic and reasoning skills
Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
