The CEO Office plays a key role in turning the vision of TeamSystem Group into reality. The Team supports the CEO and Stakeholders in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact M&A and strategic initiatives, in partnership with Top Management.

We are looking for an outstanding

M&A and Business Integration Senior Consultant

Reporting to Head of M&A and Business Integration will play a key role leading the M&A process end-to-end.

Key responsibilities includes:


  • Support Head of M&A by implementing the ongoing programme of acquisitions by pro-actively seeking, evaluating and proposing acquisitions and mergers opportunities that meet the business’s strategic criteria;
  • Lead acquisitions from valuation, negotiation of the offer from offer acceptance to completion including leading multidisciplinary working groups, involving relevant stakeholders;
  • Support Head of M&A in coordinating any discussions around pre agreed commercial terms during the legal negotiation period in conjunction with the appointed internal or external legal advisors;
  • Manage external suppliers involved in supporting transactions, working with colleague in relevant teams as appropriate.
  • Support Head of M&A in post Investment reviews.
  • Support Head of M&A in the preparation of business cases and papers required for Corporate Centre governance.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Consultant in Due Diligence or M&A process gained in Management Consulting Firms, Investment Banks, Private Equity, Venture Funds, Auditing Firms;
  • MSc in Economics or Engineering;
  • Italian and English proficient knowledge;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, workstreams and potentially multiple projects; ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented;
  • Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results.

SOFT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good leadership and influencing skills, both verbal and written, with emphasis on achieving results and successful. Works in a collaborative and open way;
  • Familiar with working in a large organisation i.e. working cross-functionally/departmentally and fast changing environments;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal colleagues and external customers;
  • Capability of managing teams of consultants during Due Diligence process
  • Ability to manage conflicts;
  • Strong relationship skills and very good standing
  • Flexibility in travelling for work.
