Job description
The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of all banqueting operations, providing excellent and personalized guest experiences, while leading and coordinating the banqueting teams. Relating well to both guests and co-workers is a must.
Reports to Restaurant Manager.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Organize and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and / or F&B Manager;
Manage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures;
Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues;
Anticipate guests needs and handle guest complaints;
Inventory and requisitions – assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries, avoiding any waste;
Compliance with health and safety regulations.

We require:
Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines;
Professional experience within the same role for minimum 3 years;
Fluent in Italian and English. Third language preferred;
