This role in summary
We are looking for a Plant Finance Manager to join the Finance General team in Melano (Fabriano).
Your responsibilities will include
- Actively contributes to the financial planning process of the respective site/plant, supporting and advising the business leaders
- Runs analysis in order to explain possible variances between expected and actual results on the relevant variables
- Prepares and reviews the financial reports and statements of the function
- Champions and ensures the proper application of the accounting rules, procedures and laws/regulations
- Manages multiple relation - Finance team (HQ, SSC) and Business
- Develops talent management process (selection, development and career path)
- Ensures team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication.
- Drives his/her group and enable the right level of cooperation among functions
- Ensures appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct reports
- Provides leadership and mentorship to the entire team
- Ensures communication of vision and strategy for his/her area of responsibility above and below within the organization
- Develops and coordinates cost deployment run and relevant activities
- Acts as the compass leading Factory to zero waste and zero loss
Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Team player and critical thinker personality
- Presentation skills
- WCM knowledge
- Preferred skills and experiences
- Fluency in Italian is a plus
