Position: Marketing Intern

Overview: PerkinElmer is seeking a Marketing Intern who will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and projects for the Strategy & Corporate Development team. This marketing intern position is an exciting opportunity to learn about the life sciences industry and a growing company! In this role, the Marketing Intern will perform ad-hoc analysis and research on life sciences and diagnostics trends and will be responsible for designing and creating graphic representations of data.

Marketing Intern Responsibilities:

• Creates graphic representations of data and translates complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments

• Prepares marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs

• Assists in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels

• Supports marketing campaign planning and execution

• Collects quantitative and qualitative data from marketing initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or graphic design at an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Possesses time management skills and is comfortable with multitasking

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
