Job description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Administrative support on business and marketing activities in the EP division, providing intra-divisional (i.e. Sales & Education, FTEs) and extra-divisional (i.e. Corporate HQ, Functions, Medical Community) interface.
- Help to carrying out the organization of planned meetings and events, marketing activities and campaigns, congresses and workshops, ensuring an efficient service to external and internal customers
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of Scientific and Marketing programs, congresses activities, internal and external events in cooperation with marketing department.
- Help on administrative support Marketing and Sales teams: Set up and monitor consultancy contracts with HCPs, sponsorship agreements and educational grants, assuring compliance with HCC, Quality, Regulatory rules.
- Help Marketing Department with planning and development of promotional activities and campaigns, creation of marketing materials such as brochure, newsletter, marketing database, brand reminders
- Interact with other Department Assistants in order to build a true collaborative team of assistants and be a valid back up to other Department Assistants
- Attend local meetings when required.
- Develop a reasonable knowledge of EP products.
- Support to ensure Abbott standing Regulatory and Quality Procedures are followed
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- University Degree
- Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Personal Involvement & Proactivity
- Stress resistance and time management skills
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Problem solving abilities
