WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Reporting to the Market Leader, and in collaboration with our Sales team you will be in charge to deploy the sell-out strategy in the Network through improving the use of digital channels/Ecommerce. As Marketing Specialist, you are responsible also for strategic data and information, trend and scenario analysis, and other business analytics in support of strategic planning and execution for business segment.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deployment in the field of projects dedicated to improve the sell out capabilities of the network
• Support the PSM & Dealers to implement local sell-out actions dedicated to CNH brands, monitoring results
• Provides integrated marketing analytical solutions across products and channels, contributing to in-market action plans
• Benchmark and analyse local competition campaigns and tools
• Design and adaptation of marketing promo plan in the primary and secondary dealer network
• Setting up and monitoring digital campaigns
• Support in the organization of events/meetings.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA or Master degree
• Good English level both written and spoken
• Digital skills (proven experience in Social media ADS)
• Strong knowledge of Office environment (Excel, Word, Power point, Access)
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Be proactive & independent in a dynamic environment.
