Medical Assistant (Westfield )
Experienced medical assistant with great personality and professional ethics, excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task.

Minimum 1-2 years experience in private medical office.

Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.

Responsibilities:

-Triage patient calls in multiple line
-Insurance verification
-Scheduling appointments
-Preparing patient to be seen by doctors
-Electronic prescription submission as per physicians
-Entering patient information into EMR
-Labs reports
-Medications Preauthorisation skills

Direct supervisor -physician.

Hours: Monday - Friday 10-5/6 pm
