Objectives of this Role
- Design and develop robust and user friendly B2B and B2C applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Building and setting up development tools and infrastructure
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Bug fixing and improving application performance
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide technical support to users
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Actively assist post-mortems and perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and 'fixes'
- Planning work and being involved in project management decisions
