At Eni, we are looking for a Commercial Activities Enhancement of Equity Productions & Decarbonization Projects (Negotiations & Agreements Analyst) within Eni S.p.a in Milan, Italy. You will be responsible for contributing to supporting the companies belonging to the Upstream Business Line in the definition of the lifting plan of Eni's equity oil productions, pursuing a strategy, consistent with market conditions and in collaboration with Eni Trade & Biofuels, aimed at maximizing the lifting of volumes over and above the shares due (overlifting) in support of the maximization of Eni's cash flow.

As a member of Eni you will be responsible for:

• Support the manager in the preparation, in liaison with the companies belonging to the Upstream business Line, with Eni Trade & Biofuels and with the competent planning and control functions, of the proposed plan and budget for the lifting and marketing activities of equity oil productions;
• Support the manager in the management of service contract for the services by Eni Trading & Biofuels to Eni Spa and by Eni Spa to upstream subsidiaries.
• Contribute to supporting the definition of contractual models and commercial activities related to CCUS, Forestry and other products in the field of decarbonization;
• Participate in the related negotiation activities of the agreements relating to the identified decarbonization projects;
