OMC Inc. is a business management platform. We are currently focused on launching Taskmaverick (www.taskmaverick.com), a unique Business to Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that has been received with great excitement in the marketplace.

Operations Manager Job Description

We are looking for a driven professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment. The opportunities for personal and career growth are plentiful. To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. You will also need to be able to multitask effectively and essentially thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment. You must be a fast learner, self-motivated and able to work productively with limited direction.

General Duties

  • Perform key project management across various departments
  • Develop, oversee and manage staff onboarding
  • Implement best management systems, processes and practices
  • Negotiate with vendors, and purchase efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Communicate strategic and operational objectives
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

Required Skills

  • Four-year College Degree
  • Proven work experience in managing people and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational & leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office Products

Job Types: Full-time.

Location: Beverly Hills Office, and/or Los Angeles Area Offices

Base Yearly Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
