Job description
The person we are looking for will be the PA of the Chairman, and he/she will support him in this main activities:
- Scheduling meetings, appointments; full diary management
- Answering phones, attending meetings with the Chairman, taking minutes
- Travel arrangements; itineraries, transport and accommodation globally
- Coordination with other department of Chairman's family office
- Ad hoc household support / Occasional errand running
- Flexible travel
- Dealing with household staff, travel agents, contractors, couriers and other professionals to do with the Chairman's business or personal life
- Various household admin tasks eg. paying invoices
- Drafting correspondence
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested
- Office Management duties
- Yacht management (organizing trips and Visas for and management of the crew, dealing with boat insurance, refurbishment etc)
Personal Assistant for Family Office|Single Family Office
The ideal candidate has got an experience of at least 3 years as a Personal Assistant possible in a Fmaily Office or Financial field or similar.
English and Italian will be fluent, both written than spoken.
French language is nice to have.
