ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

The resource will perform an Executive PhD 4 years program in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano.

The candidate will be focused on research topics related to innovative plastics injection and micro-injection technology for applications in the eyewear industry.

He/She will contribute to the eyewear innovation on the market through the creation of internal know-how and deep understanding about our product and processes, collaborating with universities and research centers.

Moreover the candidate will interact with other R&D team and the other company functions involved in project development such as engineering, product development, production, controlling, quality, purchasing.

The resource should be able to have a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the process and be able to correctly identify the major criticalities that could pose a risk for project delivery.

the candidate will manage the following activities:

• organize a research project with multiple and complex activities and how to analyzed the collected data
• define projects steps and milestones
• collected and rationalize data, present projects results to the stakeholder
• solve and face project problems
• propose pro-actively new solutions
• production of scientific research by writing articles, participation to conference, patents

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• You have good experience with polymer processing, material characterization, technological scouting and feasibility studies

• You achieved or are going to achieve a Master Degree in Engineering or Chemistry
