Vital Total Health Medical Group, a multispecialty medical group serving all of California, is looking for a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices.

In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant Medical Director to provide a range of services, including, women’s and men’s health, physical therapy, weight loss, and ketamine therapy.

We are looking for a full-time provider - 50/50 split telehealth/in-person between San Franciso and Walnut Creek offices (both offices are located within walking distance of BART stations).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA certification required or
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
• DEA license required - pending license okay
• Comfortable with minor procedures and IV insertions
