The BWS Destination Experiences & Immersive Shows units follows all BWS long-standing projects, leading new project development and pre-production of new show formats, emotional masterplanning and attraction development.
We nurture all our projects as they evolve from abstract opportunities to major productions, developing visionary ideas and bringing them step by step into reality.
Your Mission
Our producer team exists in the centre of project development, taking responsibility for the coordination and delivery of all elements of project development, communicating with the various teams and resources to foster a coherent and stable flow of information within a fast-paced environment.
Your Journey
In Special Projects we value the strangest of journeys. We are looking for senior project managers and junior producers with unique experiences across multiple disciplines, both with ample hands-on production and project experience following proejcts from their first conception through project development, approval and realiation, combinding schools like:
Live events and ceremonies
Architecture and design of theatres and public spaces
Digital and interactive contents
Temporary and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions
Your Responsibility
- Be the rock at the centre of every project. Be responsible and accountable for the development and start-up of projects, tracking the evolution of the project from the initial strategic approach to realization
- Create an organic and clear communication flow between across all project developments between the creative, executive and production wings of the development
- Maintain ongoing client relations and develop strategic tools to communicate project evolution with client and all external stakeholders
- Define the project team, and help brainstorming, sourcing engaging the team members and resources, providing clearly defined goals and ongoing supervision
- Seek efficiency and ensure the correct implementation of management methodologies
- Supports Unit Director in verifying that each project is executed correctly with respect to delegation, procedure, timing, economic result –raising any alerts in case of need.
