The position is based in Fermo (FM). Within the Product Development Team the candidate will follow the activities related to the product development processes from initial concept to production with reference to semi-finished products and accessories.

Main Responsabilities:

• Prepare and monitor semi-finished products development to achieve target seasonal timelines;
• Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure steps are effectively executed to track and approve development during all sample stages: these include initial prototypes, line review, samples, industrialization;
• Work closely with Technical Department to determine and follow up product BOM;
• Ensure all prototypes and sample delivery dates confirmed are monitored and input into critical path, highlighting any potential problems that may affect sample delivery dates;
• Manage external suppliers;
• Create seasonal specifications and tech packs for all products and maintain records, style files, and sample library;
• Monitor quality control activities as notified and communicate issues to factory partners;
• Define price negotiation with suppliers and product cost analysis;
• Availability for business trips within the national territory.

• University degree;
• 2-3 years of shoes product development experience in luxury and fashion field;
• Successful project management skills and knowledge of the product cycle and product development timelines;
• Knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing processes for shoes product;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Excellent skills with MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
• Strong organization, time management skills and capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills;
• Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality;
• Problem solving;
