Role Summary:
The Product Manager role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing one or more products. The role includes, but is not limited to, developing and owning the product roadmap, managing the product roadmap, leading the product definition and prioritization, and working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to develop digital experiences that delight consumers and our customers.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Identify, quantify, and effectively communicate consumer engagement opportunities; analyze competitive landscape and validate solutions for future features and products.
- Partner with consumer research, marketing research, and business stakeholders to observe and solicit feedback from consumers and customers.
- Create and maintain feature roadmap. Collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment across products. Participate in planning and pre/post-planning events (Demos and Inspect/Adapt).
- Support scrum teams via Product Increment planning, managing the product backlog and software development details, and maintaining velocity.
- Prioritize and manage epic/feature backlog and implementation, ensure product execution meets strategy and requirements and refine features into user stories and story acceptance criteria.
- Hire and lead a team of Product Owners who lead scrum teams to build, enhance and manage products, capabilities, or services.
- Develop and evolve our Product Management practice, in part by defining and Implementing effective Product Management processes and best practices
- Work with customer solutions and marketing teams to communicate new product, approve positioning and develop go-to-market strategy and plans.
- Measure and monitor product KPI performance, and provide strategy and roadmap input, accordingly; make end-of-life recommendations for non-performant product and features.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in web and mobile e-commerce.
- Working knowledge of product specialty/job area, principles, concepts, and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
- Strong writing ability.
- Work experience in design, development and implementation of product plans.
- Working experience in full product lifecycle methodologies.
- Working experience in creating, prioritizing, and recommending epics, features and cross-team product initiatives
- Working experience in in conducting competitive research and analysis.
- Working experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics to measure product value.
- Working experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Experience having 5-10 direct reports, leading people and helping team members grow their career

- Hybrid work environment. We follow all typical COVID-19 policies when in the office
- This role is in Austin, TX and requires some amount of time in the office for in person collaboration and working directly with the coffee robot.
