Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Milan or Rome office and work alongside public-sector and healthcare client leaders and other McKinsey teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
Our Public Sector & Healthcare practice helps organizations execute transformation programs in a time of accelerated change. We help public sector and healthcare clients address topics such as organizational development, process optimization, digitization, project and change management, and implementation.
What You'll Do
You will work on challenging projects and identify value creation opportunities for our clients.
In this role, you will support our clients in translating strategic objectives into practical implementation initiatives and goals. You will design and implement innovative solutions in the fields of new services, overall service redesign, organizational structure, governance, process management and workforce. You will also design the collaboration between business and IT/digital systems which is above all an organizational task that you will tackle with appropriate management tools and solutions, training and coaching.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or political sciences with a strong record of academic achievement
- 2+ years of professional experience on delivery and implementing digital transformation projects in the public sector
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, dedication and creativity
- Excellent communication skills in Italian (written and verbal) suited to confidently address complex challenges in environments with diverse stakeholder groups
- Flexibility to travel
