DWS Energy is a rapidly expanding multi-disciplinary construction and fabrication shop providing a variety of services and products to our clients. The Project Coordinator / Operations Admin position contributes to success of DWS Energy by providing admin support to Operations Manager of fabrication shop to ensure all build projects are completed in accordance with the Client and DWS requirements.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing daily administration on multiple concurrent purchase orders including timelines, shipping, task lists, contract admin, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with Operations Manager and Shop Supervisors on a regular basis for all current issues and to review future project needs.
  • Create and maintain a workload task list for all items requested by others including those needed to keep up with all assigned work.
  • Create and maintain project files and project information sheets
  • Create Project Start Up worksheet for each new project and maintain daily review of worksheet to push along all relevant items.
  • Provide correspondence assistance for the Operations Manager and Owners as required to assist in the project completion.
  • Create Change Orders as required for the project based on direction from the Operations Manager.
  • Create and manage the Close-Out process for all assigned projects.
  • Update and maintain customer information and purchase order list
  • Update and maintain vendor information and parts inventory database
  • Assist in reviewing invoices and material and labor costs tracking
  • Assist in developing job cost estimates and in planning activities
  • Other duties as assigned by Mgmt

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and project management
  • Maintain a regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to use MS Office, Project Mgmt, and Accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
