Role Summary:
You will be responsible for the execution of Technical Documentation and Technical Manuals relating to Oil and Gas valves with refence to following products:
- On off Ball valves
- Control Ball Valves
- Gate ball valves
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Relationship with Engineering Manager
- Preparation of Technical Dossiers
- Preparation of product datasheets and technical documents for customer approval
- Preparation of IOM (Installation and Operation Manual) and production assembly procedures
- Preparation of marking sets (drawings, CRT compilation tables, management in SAP, etc.)
- Preparation, maintenance and regulatory updating of calculation modules for design and production
- Technical Queries Analysis
- Customer Specific Analysis
- Material specifications analysis (management of UT materials database and PT rating tables for soft materials)
- Interface with QA / QC (internal and external audits) and After Sales if required
- Regulatory update and impacts (Gap Analysis), if required
- Review of applicable mandatory standards (PED, ATEX, etc.) and audits (PED)
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Technical degree or equivalent culture
- Experience in ball valve design
- Experience in companies in the sector
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to relate to others
- Ability to relate to people outside company
