MISSION

Project Office & Product Launch Specialist supports the Mobility & Wind Business Unit in framing, planning and executing high strategic projects, focusing on the alignment between customer needs and business unit strategy, guaranteeing project schedule, profitability, and quality targets match.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Clearly define with the team the project scope and prepare project charter
• Identify stakeholders (internal & external) and define proper communication management
• Support cost evaluation and capital budgeting model preparation (Project Sustainability Analysis)
• Develop and properly communicate project schedule to internal & external stakeholders
• Present the project to top management Gate Review
• Direct and manage project work
• Coordinate project team
• Assure prototype, pre-series and SOP milestones to be matched
• Guarantee overall project targets (Schedule, Profitability, Quality) match
• Perform lessons learned meetings and prepare documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3/5 years of experience in similar role in international company
• Fluent in English
• PMO certification
• Good technical knowledge of ERP (Sap, JD Edwards etc.)
