Posizione

The Quality and Project manager is responsible for maintaining all quality standards set by Arper and ISO9001-2015 QMS. Furthermore, he/she/they are responsible for the development of domestic suppliers for finished goods and parts. Occasional travel is required to visit project sites, supervise/inspect installations and review major warranty claims and product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the ISO9001-2015 QMS
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to review and find appropriate solutions for claims
  • Collaborate with the quality department in Italy to resolve claims quickly and efficiently
  • Find and cultivate domestic suppliers by scouting, visiting, and developing relationships
  • Collaborate with the production department to resolve quality issues that might arise during production
  • Visit customers to resolve quality issues or to supervise/inspect installations

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations on specific projects
  • Approve COM for production
  • Work with the cutting department to develop patterns for special projects
  • Collaborate during inventory
