ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Plant in Sedico (BL).

As Quality Supervisor you will manage the validation process of new products:

• verification of products expected performance

• veification of products compliance with international regulations.

Here some responsibilities you will have:

• Verify the processability of new products based on existing industrial technologies at Sedico RX Lab
• Collaborate to the development of new RX technologies related to increase of quality of the product
• Product deployment and validation within the different productive sites
• When starting mass production, verification of product compliance with initial design
• Supervision of customer satisfaction on the quality of the product
• Development of control plans and data analysis, as well as reporting and KPIs exploration
• Process capability analysis (CP - CPK); coordination of FMEA processes; identification and management of preventive and corrective actions (CAPA).

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer
• Knowledge of product characterization methodologies
• You have knolwedge of process technologies (it's a plus!)
• You have an attitude for regulatory aspects (again, a plus!)
• You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
• You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant change
• You have strong facilitation and communication skills
