Randstad Healthcare is hiring a Perioperative Circulating Registered Nurse for a reputable facility in Morrow,GA. This will be a permanent position.

This position is accountable for delivering patient care before, during and
after surgical procedures as well as the preparation of the operating room and checking the stock of supplies and instruments required to navigate through each surgical case. As a patient advocate, the circulating nurse interacts with the patients before surgery and serves as a patient protector during surgery; assessing the patient right before surgery is critical to making sure that all required prep was completed. The circulating nurse observes the surgery and ensures that no aspect of patient care is missed. The circulator is able to study data and respond quickly when the situation calls.

Qualifications:

· A graduate of accredited school of nursing

· Current State of Georgia Registered Nursing Licensure

· Current ACLS certification

· Ophthalmic ASC experience strongly preferred

· Previous circulating experience preferred (Willing to train)

Skills/Competencies:

· Intermediate computer knowledge

· Microsoft Suite

· Electronic Health records

· Strong attention to detail

· Team player

· Ability to multi-task
