Paul Dalton, LPCC-S, LCADC-Lexington Counseling and Psychiatry is seeking an independently KENTUCKY ONLY licensed therapist to fill a remote telehealth position or an in person therapist at one of our four locations in Lexington, Richmond or Frankfort currently.

The open positions require an independently KENTUCKY licensed LPCC, LCSW, LPP or LMFT, a clean background, ability to operate efficiently and independently and have very good references. Our clinical staff provide a very high standard of care that is expected from the clients we serve. Therapist must be willing to cover most aspects of mental health. Currently, a signing bonus of $1,500 is available for anyone that is an expert in children and families and or an LCADC.

Our clinicians earn between $55-$85 an hour depending on experience, location and time with our company. Clinicians set their own hours and schedule, provide care with minimal paperwork, and have the clinical freedom to practice within their ethical guidelines, but are required to maintain a high standard of care, ethics and accounting.

We do not have a quota or a mandate for the number of clients a clinician sees in a day, week, month or year. Our client capacity is high enough to fill your schedule, at present, in about 2 to 3 weeks. The reimbursement rates we negotiate are very high. We take commercial insurance only. No Medicaid or Medicare.
