Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Research Associate II, Purification, Global Biologics in Cambridge, MA with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or related field or foreign equivalent degree. Two years of related experience. REQUIRED Skills: Purify antibodies using affinity chromatography (1 yr). Characterize purified proteins using SDS-PAGE techniques (1 yr). Measure Protein Concentration (1 yr). Modify purification methods based on an understanding of the antibodies’ or proteins’ biochemical properties (1 yr).
