PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the overall teamwork and success of the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with guests, front of the house and back of the house team members
• Determine guests needs while making the appropriate recommendations to enhance the overall dining experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of the food menus
• Confidence to execute all alcohol awareness procedures
• Process payments and handle cash professionally and accurately
• Maintain high level of cleanliness and sanitation

• Demonstrate professional demeanor at all times
• Perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Teamwork – Demonstrates commitment, communication and team-player mentality to assure smooth and effective work environment
• Attention to Detail – Attends to details and executes quality in accomplishing tasks
• Flexibility- Nights, Weekends and Some Holidays are a MUST
• Communication – Listens to others and communicates in a professional and effective manner
