The Role

The Retail Operations Coordinator for North America plays a vital role in supporting our store teams to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
A strong candidate for this role has exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, has a positive and supportive attitude, and knows how to work collaboratively to meet the needs of our business.
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and Processing Vendor Invoices and Rent Payments: You receive and process our vendor invoices and rent payments, while continually evaluating the process and sharing ways in which we can improve and streamline our procedures.
- Project Coordination: You help coordinate any projects or tasks needed from the team in order to best support the team and business.
- Reporting: You create and develop a variety of reports that help support the needs of our stores and corporate team members.
- Expense Management: Manage retail operating expenses to ensure that programs are aligned with both department and company business goals and objectives.

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
