Amazon EU’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Reverse Logistic (ReLo) team is seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join the EU ReLo FBA team. Reporting to the FBA ReLo Operation Manager, the Ops Specialist will be responsible for managing key, Selling Partners facing operational metrics and processes, as well as working with relevant EU and WW stakeholders to improve processes and reduce Selling Partners pain points.
With Fulfillment by Amazon, any Selling Partner (SP) can send inventory directly to Amazon, where it is stored and managed in one of our modern, secured facilities. SP may list items for sale on Amazon or use other sales channels such as their own website or third party shopping/ auction websites. When orders are received, Amazon will professionally pick, pack and ship the product direct to a SP’s customer. Amazon takes full responsibility for servicing the SP’s customers and handles all customer returns as required, thus offering end to end fulfillment and customer service experience. Reverse Logistic in FBA is related to the supply chain involved in the process of moving inventory from Amazon Fulfillment Centers back to the SP premises.

Responsibilities include:
Work with relevant WW stakeholders including EU Central Operations, EU Transportation, EU ACES, WW tech and SCOT to improve processes and reduce SP pain points
Investigating metrics misses, identifying root cause and implementing fixes
Auditing and improving internal processes and documenting SOP
Auditing EU ReLo FCs for process improvements towards the utmost SX
Support the FBA ReLo Manager with new projects and initiatives
Plan and manage EU projects, including communication
Hold stakeholders accountable for key Selling Partners facing metrics
Providing remote and onsite support to FCs
Managing ReLo Retail Business Service (RBS) team
Provide on-site support to teams in other Amazon orgs and locations throughout EU.
Attending stakeholders and NA tech team offsites

Experience of Amazon ReLo Ops processes would be a distinct advantage.
