NXP’s Precision Analog & Interfaces product line is developing millimeter wave technology products in continuation of its leading portfolio in Automotive Radar and 5G solutions. Specifically, this new effort is directed towards bridging high speed wired interfaces with millimeter wave wireless technologies and providing ground-breaking and innovative solutions to the consumer, computing, and industrial markets. Job Summary
We are looking for world-class mmWave/RFIC design engineers to work with our experienced design team to implement state of the art mmWave broadband communications ICs.
If you have mmWave RFIC design expertise, track record of delivering high volume RFIC products, passion for innovation, desire to challenge yourself and want to put your creativity at work, this is a unique opportunity to join the leader in consumer and automotive semiconductors.
Key responsibilities:
- Architecture, specification, design and integration of high-performance and low-power RF/mmWave ICs
- Verification/Validation of the system functionality and -performance
- Participation in multicompetence and multisite project teams
- Technical team leadership and communication
- Interaction with key customers
Your Profile
- MSEE or PhD degree (preferred) with 15+ years of experience in RF/mmW design
- Proven track record of developing high volume RFIC products from concept to production
- Proven experience in deep submicron CMOS RF circuit design: LNA, Mixer, PLL, Oscillator, Power Amplifier, transceiver baseband blocks
- Experience in RF and mmWave passive component design
- Deep knowledge of RF and EM simulators: Keysight design tools, Cadence design tools (Ansys HFSS is a plus)
- Good knowledge of design flow, tools and methodologies
- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork skills and can-do attitude
