PROFILE
As a Sales Development Manager you will support the growth of the global market with the addition of new channels (in the Countries where the company is present) and new markets. In particular, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Scout distribution partners/distributors/retailers in "existing" countries and new markets (Middle East/Far East)
- Manage the negotiation with the selected partners/distributors/retailers and finalize the deal with them
- Be the "owner" of the relationship with the partners/distributors/retailers
- Partner with Product Development team for the choice of the products to launch
- Liasie with sourcing and production department for the production and delivery of the product
- Global scope with particular focus in Europe
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of sales experience in toys or kids products field
- Used to work in a multinational and multicultural team
- Available to travel 50% of the time
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
