The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in:
- Always thinking ahead by addressing the business with the right information in order to make the right decisions
- Executing and implementing the annual commercial action plan of the MICE segment for all hotels
- Knowing how to communicate with customers and hotel staff, creating professional and lasting relationships
- Maintaining a positive attitude in all circumstances, which in turn is reflected in the working environment, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere
Required requirements:
- At least two years of experience in the role of Italian hotels with conference centres
- Ability to recognise new business opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Strong focus on achieving budget targets
La figura del Sales Manager MICE, riportando all'Area Director of Sales Commercial Area Italia, sarà responsabile del raggiungimento del Budget degli Hotels situati in Italia nel segmento Mice, con una chiara visione del segmento di mercato. Contatterà, svilupperà e manterrà il portafoglio clienti definendo le azioni specifiche al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi legati al Business Plan degli hotels.
Il candidato ideale sarà in possesso di spiccate abilità nel:
- Pensare sempre in anticipo affrontando il business con le giuste informazioni al fine di prendere le decisioni corrette
- Eseguire ed implementare il piano d’azione commerciale annuale del segmento Mice per tutti gli hotels
- Saper comunicare con i clienti e lo staff degli hotels, creando relazioni professionali e durature
- Mantenere un’attitudine positiva in tutte le circostanze, che a sua volta si riflette nell’ambiente di lavoro, creando un clima positivo e collaborativo
Requisiti richiesti:
- Almeno due anni di esperienza nel ruolo in hotels italiani con centri congressi
- Abilità nel riconoscere nuove opportunità di business
- Ottima capacità interpersonali
- Energia ed entusiasmo
- Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget
- Ottime capacità relazionali
