We are looking for a SAP Service Manager for our offices in Milan (our Headquarters), Rome, Padua or Turin.
Descripción de las tareas y la posición
You will support our International Client and you will:
- Supervise and lead all the Service Team activities;
- Coordinate the creation of SLAs (through interactions with the business team);
- Manage relationships with stakeholders;
- Manage relationships with the software development teams;
- Support fleet management services;
- Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements;
- Verify that the team follows best practices and adheres to service level agreements.
Experiencia requerida
- 6/10 years of experience as Service Manager in the IT context;
- Proficiency in English;
- Good written and verbal communication;
- Problem solving propensity;
- Attitude to operate in international and challenging contexts.
