Duties:

• Bacterial semi-synthetic organism.
• We are seeking a contractor with hands-on experience with microbial cloning and protein expression, purification and characterization
• Relevant experience can also include bacterial strain engineering and/or experience with DNA replication or transcription
• Company has advanced a revolutionary technology that expands the genetic alphabet with an unnatural base pair to drive the site specific incorporation of multiple non-canonical amino acids into proteins and to develop the proteins as novel therapeutics.
• Basic qualifications include a PhD in a relevant field.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour
