Our client is a management consulting company established in Milan more than 40 years ago.

Specialised in cultural change management, it supports its clients to achieve a competitive advantage empowering people, engaging stakeholders and boosting the ability to change.

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant with 4/5 years of experience in Change Management Consulting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in one of the following fields: Human Resources, Economics, Management and Organisation, Science of Education, Humanities, Social Science, Corporate Communication and a previous experience into consultancy.

She/he will be involved in managing change management/employee engagement/leadership development programs and will be in charge to:

• investigate customer needs, create and maintain excellent relationships with clients,
• manage all the project phases coordinating a team of colleagues,
• design and deliver cultural change management programs (or communication programs or training programs) using all the levers of cultural change management,
• deliver training modules and facilitate workshops for international platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a consultancy firm focused on change management, HR, internal communication, digital transformation, training, stakeholder engagement,
• Willing to travel for business,
• Experience working or studying abroad is a plus,
• Excellent level of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in other languages is also a plus,
• Excellent MS Office skills.
