What you'll do
- You will report to the Executive Director of process & project Management to help organize medium to large size projects and aid in program execution
- Evaluate business and operational processes, anticipate and documents requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develops and implement solutions
- Create project plans, and monitor schedules and expenses that deliver the project vision and requirements within the scope, time, and quality constraints
- Provide reporting to ensure projects are on track
- Responsible for Risk/Issue identification and mitigation
- Lead matrix teams that span multiple internal organizations (Facility Operations, Platform Operations, Account Management, Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology Development) and external customer/vendor organizations
- Have better than average technical skills and CSG Product knowledge, specializing in Customer Communications Management (i.e. Print/Mail Operations and Manufacturing)
- Build operational readiness plans and ensure fluidity in the transition from project staff to operational staff (i.e. Accounting, Facility Operations, Development, International Service Help Desk (ISD), Account Management)
- Encourage and collaborate with all levels of the organization, using crucial conversation skills when they apply
- Use the appropriate channels and understand what information the team needs and how to get it
- Get messages across that have the desired effect, and work through misunderstandings so everyone is clear on what is being communicated
- Provide feedback and occasionally requires guidance in ensuring its implementation. Is and independently adjust to ensure the desired outcome
- Align plans and remove impediments across multiple organizations and teams. This often includes establishing plans that best align goals across organizations and with our customers
- Occasionally coaches, matures, and mentors other PMO, Project Team Members, and other organization resources to ensure service and operational efficiencies are gained and maintained
- With guidance influences and leads Service and project Visions using advanced Change Assurance Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent education/experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 5 years of related project and program management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or other Project Management/Agile certification
- Knowledge of Technology Domain (Print/Mail Operations and Manufacturing)
- Knowledge of IT software development (SDLC) methodologies and processes
- Knowledge in the Scaled Agile Framework methodology
- Experience to interact with Portfolio level management and stakeholder management

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$84,739.05-$135,582.48
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
