We’re looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Senior Social Media Manager to join our growing Engagement Team.
As the company expert in all things Social Media, you will join an experienced and dynamic global marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy and building social media campaigns within demand side platforms and across partner platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, ensuring campaigns are delivering.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Brand and Content Strategy team in order to align objectives, audience targeting, brand image, messaging and content
- Ensure that organic strategy campaigns meet expectations in terms of engagement, reach, traffic and customer acquisition
- Monitor performance against KPIs
- Being responsible for Organic strategy, coordination and posting
- Ensure channel performance is on track and within budget
- Manage and coordinate community management and engagement in coordination with our customer services
- Scouting new tools for campaign management and performance tracking
- Provide reports, analysis and creativity actionable insights to stakeholders keeping an eye on performance and Voice of Customer impact.
- Identify creativity trends and inputs for digital platforms and coordinate internal stakeholders (brand, content, design, video)
- Manage and coordinate influencers and external social media agencies.
Essential
- Expert knowledge and proven results in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure
- Demonstrable Data Analysis experience
- Expertise in cross-channel media planning including digital and offline strategy, implementation, tracking and insights and hands-on experience in running organic and paid advertising campaigns on various platforms
- Ability to work in a team and cross department
- Native English/French.

- Ideally coming from a multinational company
- Experience of the Travel industry.
