Roma’s Servers are motivated, team oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to providing superior customer service.

You can make up to $250-400 in tips.

Duties:

• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
• Place accurate orders using the POS system
• Knowledgeable about current promotions and menu items
• Support quick table turns along with great safety and sanitation practices while bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift
• Answer phones, take orders, and deliver exceptional service during potential to-go shifts
• Adhere to a responsible beverage service requirements and health department requirements.
• Properly perform cash and credit card transactions
• Come to work groomed well in uniform
• Be able to lift at least and/or move up to 25 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
• Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing side work

Qualifications + Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work nights pand weekends
• Food Handlers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $7.25 per hour
