Envirotrol is seeking a Service Coordinator for our branch in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role you will collaborate closely with customers, the sales team, and the service department. You will manage customer requests, coordinate documentation/notifications with the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain frequent contact with customers who have service needs/opportunities
- Identify customer concerns and act as liaison with the service department
- Develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment through relationship building
- Utilize North Boundary to provide account status and activity on customers via “CASES”
- Maintain an active log of existing service contracts and monthly billings to assist management in revenue forecasting
- Order parts and renew contracts
- Job setup/scheduling/technician time tracking via COINS
- Process purchase orders and reconcile purchase order log
- Track past-due invoices along with customer contact to rectify accounts receivable
- Administrative duties as required
Education & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in HVAC Service preferred
- 4-year College Degree preferred
- Strong Excel, Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with CRM/sales software & Building Automation Controls preferred
