We are hiring for a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in our Omaha, NE location.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Job Duties:

In this role you would be responsible for setting inbound and outbound appointments, communicating to the relevant logistics parties, and maintaining material receipt logs (pallets, paperboard, etc.) so that materials and finished goods are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained within budgeted limits and that records are up to date.
• Ensure that production schedules and quality requirements are achieved
• Assist in shipping, receiving, and planning activities

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a clerical role
• Ability to learn job-specific software
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
