Ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire all’interno della segreteria commerciale della sede di Bari, che sarà attivamente impegnata nella gestione dei rapporti con clienti ed affiliati, nella vendita delle nostre soluzioni e nella gestione di tutta la documentazione relativa ai servizi erogati dall’azienda.
Principali attività, in affiancamento al tutor:
- Assistenza al cliente (gestione degli ordini, delle consegne e di eventuali anomalie);
- Assistenza ai merchant affiliati (verifica avvenuto pagamento, informazioni relative alle procedure utilizzate);
- Supporto all'attività della rete sales;
- Attività di back office commerciale a supporto della rete vendita
- Attività di vendita finalizzata all'acquisizione di nuovi clienti o alla fidelizzazione di clienti già acquisiti, con attività di upselling e cross selling
