All’interno della Direzione NOW il tirocinante si occuperà, nel suo stage delle seguenti attività:
- Supporto nella gestione del CRM NOW a 360°, spaziando dalla definizione della strategia del CRM, passando per la formazione del call center e monitoring delle performance;
- Creazione e mantenimento di reportistica e analisi per il top management;
- Ideazione e gestione di gare volte a promuovere la vendita di NOW da parte degli operatori del call center;
- Supporto nel disegno del CRM NOW dei prossimi anni (nuove funzionalità digitali, nuovi modelli operativi, etc.);
- Preparazione del materiale di training e formazione degli operatori;
- Implementazione di FAQ e linee guida per la gestione del CRM;
- Gestione degli APP Store Android, Apple
Requisiti
- Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali ed organizzative;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
- Predisposizione al team working.
